We are not just traders in rare and precious things we are lovers and collectors of them too….that is why we know how it feels to find that special thing that you never thought you'd find, we love that feeling and we do all we can to make that feeling a reality for you.

We have a background in both collecting and healing and for many years owned the largest crystal shop and healing center in our County…so we can draw on a lot of experience when it comes to offering rare and unusual items for your show cabinet, your healing room or your home and office.

What you will see on offer are a few select pieces but we have so much more. If it is crystals you are after we have them, right from tiny tumble stones upwards,we stock some very rare pendants too. We have giant pieces, from quartz, to fossils ….real head turners that make wonderful décor for home and garden….and as for collectables, we are out there every month and come across divine little finds constantly.

So if you don't find what you were looking for it would be well worth sending us a quick line on the contact form…it doesn't matter what it is, if we have it we can send you details and photos and before you know it it's yours….it's so simple.

Each of the items on the site has a shipping charge to be added. It is vital that we pack them as well as possible so sometimes this can add to the shipping cost, but we can't take chances with skimpy packing.

Most items can be shipped worldwide but there are some that are marked 'UK only' and this is because they are so large and heavy it is not viable…however if you are not in the UK and you really, really have to have it then please email us your destination and we will quote you some costs for shipping it.

Insurance

We've never actually had an item arrive at its new home damaged but insurance is on offer for orders up to 10kg.

Buyers outside the UK who wish to take out postal insurance should contact me for an individual quote.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for damaged once an item has left our safe hands if you have not taken the option of insurance.

In all cases you must inspect the items condition before signing for them failure to do so will invalidate your insurance should you later need to make a claim

Payments

For your safety payment should be made by Paypal, we find this to be the very best and safest service for today's online market when using your credit/debit cards. You do not need a Paypal account to use our secure payment system.

However if you wish to make payment by cheque or postal order you may but please email us for the payment details.

All sales are final: the items are described and photographed very well so you will be fully aware of how your item will look when you get it. Due to the natural state of a crystal they can sometimes have mining scars and bumps which are mentioned in the listing.

With collectables and antiques any blemish is clearly mentioned so eliminating any reason for a refund. Because of the risk of sending a delicate item back and forth in the post we are afraid we cannot refund because you simply have a change of heart.
